Charmille is a beautiful and elegant, the softest cotton double gauze fabric with anthracite foliage on a soft teal background. It is part of New “Autumn Twilight” exclusive collection by Cousette.
Double gauze is made of two thin layers of cotton gauze which are tacked together with blind stitches. It's a really lovely and soft quality, which gets softer and even more delicious when washed and worn. Though it seems delicate, it's a surprisingly durable quality, both when it comes to colors and surface.
Autumn twilight is an atmosphere filled with softness and warmth. Floral motifs with abstract patterns, mauve, larch, blue and mahogany mingle or juxtapose to compose a collection of complementary and seasonal fabrics.

Care: Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, do not tumble dry, iron on reverse side at a moderate temperature. It is advisable to always wash your fabric before sewing as shrinkage will occur when the fabric is first washed. Viscose tends to shrink by about 5%.
