Our latest collection “Summer Party” celebrates colour and its joyous impact on us. Rainbow Leaves was designed by Rachel Parker, a lovely personality who has brought a lot of colour and joy to our handmade wardrobes. It features abstract design of leaves in bold and beautiful rainbow of colours.
Rainbow Leaves cotton sateen is smooth with luxurious soft handle and silky finish. It is made from Organic fibres certified by The Global Organic Textile Standard. It is soft, sews beautifully and makes comfortable and attractive garments which are also sustainable.
Organic fibres are natural fibres grown without the use of synthetic pesticides (such as insecticides), or herbicides and GMOs (Genetic Modified Organisms) according to the principles of organic agriculture. Organic agriculture is a production process that sustains the health of ecosystems, soils and people.
The Inks used in the production of “Summer Party” are also GOTS certified Organic quality and water based, so natural and sustainable, good for the skin and for the nature.

Washing Instructions:
It is advisable to always wash your fabric before sewing as shrinkage will occur when the fabric is first washed. “Garden of Dreams” sateen fabrics tends to shrink by about 2%.
Choose a mild detergent without bleach. Wash your fabric with a delicate program, temperature max 40° , Gentle spin (max 800 rpm). Dry your laundry in the open air, taking care to smooth it out when it comes out of the machine.
Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
It is advisable to overlock the cut edges before wash to avoid fraying.
Iron at medium temperature.
Use brand new, fine Microtex needle as well as new extra fine pins when sewing Sateen fabrics to maintain the sheen and beauty of it.
This fabric is sold in HALF METERS so if you require 1 meter please enter 2 as a quantity.
