REMNANT 2.72 Metres - Washed Textured Checks in Brown

This unique woven fabric is yarn dyed and has an exquisite texture, slightly crinkled with almost like a seersucker feel, it is ultra soft and has a little stretch. It feels between cotton and double gauze with elegant checked design and ample drape. It is perfect for making elegant statement garments such as blouses, dresses, simple tops, trousers and skirts. 

Material: 66% rayon, 31% polyester, 3% spandex.

Stretch: very little for just added comfort

Drape: soft and fluid

Washing Instructions: alwasy wash your fabric before sewing as shrinkage will occur. wash gently on 30 degress, low spinning and with a detergent for delicate fabrics.  Iron on a low setting, do not tumble dry.
