Cotton Lawn / Cambric & Poplin Fabrics
Cotton lawn and Cotton Cambric are lightweight and breathable fabrics using fine, high thread count yarns, which results in a silky, untextured feel, making it comfortable to wear.
Cotton Lawn and Cotton Cambric are made of 100% cotton, are easy to work with and ideal for dressmaking, especially for sewing dresses, skirts, shirts, blouses, tops, tunics; lingerie and nightdresses; scarves and children’s clothes.
Sew with a fine size machine needle and short stitch length of 2.5 mm. Use fine cotton thread or Gutermann Sew-All polyester thread for machine sewing.
