Delivery and Returns Policy Overview
On receipt of your order we will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. We will contact you if there will be any delay in processing your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
We will confirm dispatch of your order by email. Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail 1st Class. This may change depending on the type of order and amount of goods purchased. Delivery is usually within 2/3 working days from dispatch however please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us for an update on your delivery. Please note that during the Covid crisis some deliveries are taking longer than usual to complete as the mail systems are dealing with a greater number of parcels with less staff available.
We offer Free Delivery to the UK for all orders over £60.00 and charge £3.50 for all orders to the UK under £60.00.
Rates are fixed at £15 for orders under £150 and £20 for orders over £150. Before ordering please check if your order will be subject to import duties as we will not cover any custom charges.

Shipping to the rest of the world is £30.

Please note that if customs/duty charges imposed by your countries border authorities are due and not paid by you the customer the items will be marked to return to us, but this generally does not happen and only 3/10 cases we will receive the order back but in most cases the items will be disposed of or lost in the system. We are only able to refund for items that have been received back again and we will not be liable for items lost so please do not just refuse to pay any charges or fail to collect your parcel.
Swatches are delivered for free to the UK.

We also deliver to other counties with a shipping cost of £30, subject to shipping being possible to the specific country within a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. If you place an order and the shipping is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
Summary of Returns Policy
We can't accept returns on any cut fabrics as it has been custom cut for the order. We can't accept returns of sewing patterns or any item that has been removed from its original packaging. Please refer to our Legal Information page for our full return terms.

Please note that if you purchase from us and meet the free shipping purchase amount or pay for shipping if your order does not qualify we will ship your goods and we will fully pay for the delivery cost excluding any import taxes as we are not liable for these. We have noted that Canada Post have occasionally labelled the import duty payable of some orders as a collection on delivery charge (COD). This is totally inaccurate and any fees represent the import tax paid by the courier / Canada Post on your behalf to ensure the goods are released from customs and this charge is the import tax payable by you and not the delivery charge.
