If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Please note that if you purchase from us and meet the free shipping purchase amount or pay for shipping if your order does not qualify we will ship your goods and we will fully pay for the delivery cost excluding any import taxes as we are not liable for these. We have noted that Canada Post have occasionally labeled the import duty payable of some orders as a collection on delivery charge (COD). This is totally inaccurate and any fees represent the import tax paid by the courier / Canada Post on your behalf to ensure the goods are released from customs and this charge is the import tax payable by you and not the delivery charge. If you have any queries relating to this then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
