Delivery and Returns Policy Overview
On receipt of your order we will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. We will contact you if there will be any delay in processing your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
We will confirm dispatch of your order by email. Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail signed for service. This may change depending on the type of order and amount of goods purchased. Delivery is usually within 2/3 working days from dispatch however please allow up to 4 working days before contacting us for an update on your delivery.
We offer Free Delivery to the UK for all orders over £30.00 and charge £2.95 for all orders to the UK under £30.00.
Free delivery anywhere in the EU, Canada, Australia and USA if you spend £95 or more. Before ordering please check if your order will be subject to import duties as we will not cover any custom charges.
Swatches are delivered for free to the UK.
Please note these rates may be subject to change.
We are able to deliver outside of the UK. Postage to the EU is charged at £12.00. We also deliver to other counties with a shipping cost of £16.50 , subject to shipping being possible to the specific country within a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. If you place an order and the shipping is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
Summary of Returns Policy
We can't accept returns on any cut fabrics as it has been custom cut for the order. We can't accept returns of sewing patterns or any item that has been removed from its original packaging. Please refer to our Legal Information page for our full return terms.
