Sewing Kit - Cousette Castagnette Blouse in Navy Gingham Cotton Jacquard

This kit contains all supplies you will need to make stunning and timeless Castagnette Blouse by Cousette in luxurious and soft cotton jacquard fabric.

This blouse is a timeless staple that we adore here at Lamazi team. We have sewn not one but several of them and get complements each time we wear it. The cotton jacquard we’ve chosen really elevates the beauty of this timeless piece.

-  Cousette Castagnette paper pattern in English language with instructions for sizes XS to XXXL (34/36 to 48/50 EU) (bust sizes 80-117 cm)

- 1 matching Gutermann thread 

- 6 corozo buttons

Pattern Information

Castagnette is a V neck boho style blouse. It is loose fitting with a plunging chest line in the back. The lower part of the blouse is gathered. This blouse has two sleeve finishes: either very puffy balloon sleeve tightened with elastic at the wrists, or fitted just above the elbow with a large flounce at the bottom of the sleeve. You have the options to sew a button down version using button loops or leave out the buttons and tie with a ribbon, or use both buttons and a ribbon, depending  how much detail you would like to have on your pretty blouse. We have included all the supplies you will need to make either version.

Flowers on Dark Navy Gingham Yarn Dyed Cotton Jacquard

A beautiful, supple and luxurious yarn dyed cotton jacquard fabric featuring timeless checks reimagined with a modern twist. It is soft lightweight and breezy pure cotton with red flower chain motifs woven into a dark navy / midnight and white small scale gingham. This fabric is ideal for making blouses, dresses, shirts, nightwear and accessories.

Washing Instructions:  Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Medium Spin. Low Iron. It is advisable to always wash your fabric before sewing as shrinkage may occur when the fabric is first washed.
