Pattern Information
Classic with a TWIST…this new dress from Maison Fauve perfectly captures the spirit of the Natural High collection. The silhouette is clean and ultra-flattering, with one standout detail: a cleverly constructed drape that softly skims the tummy and defines the waist without feeling restrictive, thanks to an expert play of pleats and precise pattern cutting.
The pattern offers four variations: sleeveless or with short sleeves, and two lengths to choose from, above or below the knee. The boat neck beautifully highlights the collarbones while still allowing you to wear a bra, whatever sleeve option you choose. Stunning in a plain fabric, the dress’s unique construction also enhances prints… giving them a stylish twist.

Painted Foliage Linen Viscose - Ocean, Turquoise, Coral Pink
Painted Foliage was exclusively designed by Rachel Parker for Lamazi Fabrics, a lovely personality who has brought a lot of colour and joy to our handmade wardrobes. It features abstract design of foliage in 3 different colour ways. Inspired by the idea of a rainbow canopy of leaves, Rachel painted the effect of dappled sunlight passing through the foliage and tried to capture summer in the fabric.
The fabric has light to medium weight, soft drape and soft matte texture, offering the best natural qualities of linen and viscose combined together. It is perfect for sewing elegant shirts, blouses, dresses or wide leg summer trousers for the Spring/Summer seasons.
Suitable for: tops, shirts, tunics, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, trousers and home accessories.

Washing Instructions:
It is advisable to always wash your fabric before sewing as shrinkage will occur when the fabric is first washed. Wash your fabric on a delicate program, temperature max 30°, Gentle spin (max 800 rpm). Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Use brand new, fine Microtex needle as well as new extra fine pins when sewing with viscose.
