There are many top stitched areas on your pants, for a "denim" style, don’t be afraid to usea contrasting thread(often in brown tones, bronze to yellow for a blue cotton jean fabric), and widen a little your stitches for the topstitching on the right side of the garment, it's prettier.
Fabric Suggestions
The pattern is made for a fabric without elastane such as denim, a tailored woollen fabric suitable for sewing trousers, a cotton twill, a jacquard (be careful that the reverse side is soft). If you want to sew the garment in a fabric that has a little elastane, do not go over 2% elastane or elastic fibre in the composition and sew a size below the recommended size.
