Neither too long nor too short, it strikes the perfect balance in proportion, delivering the expected volume effect without overwhelming the silhouette. All the classic biker codes are there: the signature collar, shoulder tabs and gussets, the wide belt, and the bold front zip that echoes the zipped welt pockets and the gusseted sleeve zips. Level: Advanced. The technical aspects include the welt pocket, lining/jacket assembly, the gusseted sleeve zips, collar and waistband.
The seam allowances are included and are 1cm.
Supplies needed:
3 buttons, between 15–20 mm in diameter
1 x 45cm separating zip and 4 x 13cm zips for sleeves and pockets
90 cm of interfacing
140 cm fabric width:
Fabric: 34-42: 160 cm, 44-52: 190 cm
Lining: 34-52: 130 cm
Universal needles
Choice of fabrics: only warp and weft fabrics a jacquard, a tweed, light weight denim, gabardine, leather or faux leather, from 230 to 400g/m2 depending on the desired finish. We recommend choosing a specific lining fabric for the lining, such as our own which is 100% cupro -smooth and more breathable than a polyester lining.
