Sizes 32–46: 2.5 cm elastic, your waist circumference
Sizes 48–56: 3.5 cm elastic, your waist circumference
Fabric suggestions:
Choose a light to medium weight woven fabric. Depending on the desired result, you can select a low-drape fabric, or a fabric with a little drape. However, avoid a very light or drapey fabric, as it will affect the look of the pleats.
