Mimosa culottes is a stylish sewing pattern for midi-length trousers with a high waist and
super wide legs. These culottes combine minimalist details with impressive volume in an
interesting way. The front has slanted pleats and a fly front zipper fastening. The narrow
waistband fastens at the front with a concealed button and hook closure. The trousers also
have subtle slash side pockets.

- Pocket bag fabric, 40 cm (1/2 yd)
- Fusible interfacing, 50 cm (1/2 yd)
- Sizes 32–46: 18 cm trouser zipper
- Sizes 48–56: 20 cm trouser zipper
- A trouser hook and eye, 1 pc
- Small button, 1 pc
Fabric suggestions:
Choose a light or medium weight non-stretch trouser fabric with drape. Choose a light but
durable fabric for the pocket bags.
Note that for patterned or napped fabrics the fabric requirement may be higher.
This pattern includes seam allowance.
