This fun and elegant wadded, pre-quilted fabric is perfect for making lightweight and very cosy jackets or vests for all year round. The fabric has a pleasant matte finish on the right side and features embroidered snarled teddies in neutral / sand colour. On the reverse side it has smooth same shade lining fabric and padding sewn between the two layers.
