Jerom is a straight, long coat that combines simplicity with eye-catching details. The deep, wide neckline at the front gives the design a casual look, while the back neckline sits nicely high. Two snap buttons at the neck fasten the coat in a subtle way and allow it to fall loosely open. The pockets extend into the side seam and are beautifully integrated into the design. The strips on the front and back panels add extra character: sew them in a contrasting fabric or colour and give Jerom your very own twist. A simple coat with just that little bit extra.

Fabric suggestions:
Jerom needs a fabric with enough body so that the coat’s straight silhouette really stands out. Think wool, a sturdy jacquard, coat fabric or a soft teddy fabric for a warmer, cosier version. Avoid fabrics that are too thin or too supple, as these won’t follow the structure of the design. The strips on the front and back panel are perfect for playing with contrast: combine different colours or textures, or use (faux) leather or teddy fabric as an accent. In short, your choice of fabric will give Jerom a completely different look.
