Hi, I’m Carrie an all round crafter and sewaholic. For my most recent birthday I was given a Lamazi gift voucher and I decided to spend my voucher on the lovely papercut pattern Kyoto sweater kit featuring the Atelier Brunette Dazzle night french terry.
I had everything I needed to complete my sweater including matching threads and jersey needles. As a busy mum the convenience of a kit is priceless. I was very impressed with the pattern itself the packaging was beautiful and I loved that it was environmentally friendly on recycled brown paper. The instructions were brilliant and the project itself was a joy to put together.
I had my eye on this fabric for months it stood out for the gold metallic detail which reminds me of cake sprinkles. The fabric is so soft to touch and incredibly smooth against the skin.
I love my finished sweater it’s going to get so much wear and has made me fall back in love with making separates.. I can’t wait to make more.
