In this bundle we handpicked complementary woven fabrics that blend beautifully with each other and will allow you to create a cohesive multiple piece outfit, our popular solid colour Vintage Washed Cotton in Cobalt blue with stunning Ditsy Poppy Meadow cotton lawn fabric.
These two fabrics are ideal for sewing a cohesive outfit in your desired colour palette. The viscose linen fabric has more drape which is perfect for making a dress, shirt, skirt or a blouse while matching solid colour bottom weight fabric can be used to sew a skirt, trousers, over-shirt, shorts or a jumpsuit.

For Washed Cotton Fabric - We recommend the Sew House Seven Free Range Slacks (curve size range here), Cousette Magnette Trousers (shown in the artwork) or Closet Core Pietra Trousers. This fabric is also suitable for a light weight jacket like the Papercut Patterns Juno Jacket.
For Cotton Lawn Fabric - We recommend the Lise Tailor Pimpante Blouse (shown in the artwork), Atelier Brunette LA Blouse and Friday Pattern Company Donny Shirt and Patina Blouse. This fabric will also make a beautiful dress like the Closet Core Cielo Dress and Top or Lise Tailor Comet Dress and Blouse.
Threads are not included in this bundle, however if you would like to add matching threads to your fabrics please add threads separately to your basket and we will match them for you. If you require eny other sewing notions, you can purchase them from our haberdashery.

Poppy Meadow cotton lawn fabric
This elegant and lightweight cotton lawn fabric offers a pretty floral design in blue and red on a white background. This fabric is ideal for dressmaking as it offers the great qualities of breath-ability of cotton, is a dream to sew with and to wear.
Cotton lawn is a perfect material for dressmaking especially if you are a beginner as it does not shift when handling and is easy to cut and sew. I made multiple tops, shift dresses and shirt dresses from it when I started my sewing journey.

Washing Instructions: wash gently on 30 degrees, low spinning and with a detergent for delicate fabrics. Iron on a low setting on the wrong side of the fabric.
Vintage Washed Cotton
Vintage Washed Cottons come in a beautiful range of colours and will create high quality basics for your wardrobe. Washed Cotton has been prewashed using a special treatment which gives the fabric a beautiful soft, ‘lived in’ appearance, with a similar look of washed linen. This fabric is perfect for sewing all year round.
This fabric can be used to make home accessories as well as beautiful garments such as tops, dresses, simple tops, trousers and children's clothes.
